Eklavya Foundation for Mental Health, Pune

Eklavya is the brainchild of a group of volunteers, with Dr. Anil Vartak as its founder president. It offers Self-Help Group Support (currently in English and Marathi) through virtual and hybrid meetings. In these interactions, besides the Recovery International tools of Dr. Abraham Low, sharing experiences helps us see we're not alone.

Eklavya is a volunteer-run, self-help support group, not a treatment group. We do not provide any medical services. We discuss mental health issues of seekers of well-being, and extend support to care providers like family and friends. While we contribute and learn from each other, we are not a substitute for professional medical care. Eklavya's self-help support group is mediated by experienced volunteers.

Eligibility: Seekers of well-being who have a degree of control over their symptoms, and care-givers, such as relatives and friends
